A Helping Hand
If you have everything arranged but not
sure how it's all going to come together on the wedding day
then our wedding set up package is the option for you. Maybe,
you would also like someone to be there in the background,
someone who is on your side, throughout the big day to ensure
that everything runs seamlessly and so the only thing that
you have to concentrate on is looking and feeling fantastic
and enjoying your special day.
We meet with you face to face approximately
6 weeks before the Big Day to discuss the plans that are already
in place and to find out your exact requirements. Thereafter,
there will be unlimited telephone and email contact. You will
be able to show us exactly what you have planned for the table
arrangements so that we can easily recreate it on the day.
On your wedding day, we arrive at least 3
hours before you do.
We will set up the tables, oversee all of
the suppliers, set up decorations, favours, floral arrangements,
place cards, table cameras, chair covers, glass decorations,
napkin details, menus, table numbers, confetti, candles, lights
etc.
We will follow your table plan and instructions.
We can set up the gift table, card boxes, guest books and
cake table.
We will liaise with all suppliers and venue
staff to ensure accurate and smooth set up according to your
wishes.
Because we are employed by you and not connected
to the venue we are completely on your side and guarantee
that everything will be just perfect for your arrival.
We will meet you a few weeks before the big
day to discuss your plans and requirements. Thereafter unlimited
telephone and email contact. We will learn about how you want
the day to run and problems that you can foresee. We will
also run through our own checklist to ensure that you haven't
forgotten anything.
We will arrive at your venue at least 3 hours
before you are due to and carry out the full venue set up
as described above.
Alternatively we can spend the hours before
the wedding with you ensuring that everyone and everything
is in the right place at the right time.
We can oversee the ceremony , seating, music,
assist the photographer, show guests to the welcome drinks,
be master of ceremonies, deal with wedding day payments to
suppliers, give instructions to caterers, arrange the first
dance and play list with the DJ.
Basically, we will do anything you need us
to do whilst we are there. And do not worry; we will always
have our reliable kit bag with us that contains items such
as hair grips, safety pins, sewing kit, suntan lotion, pens,
scissors and much more to prepare for every eventuality.
The coordination service is especially nice
to have in place so that your best man and other bridal party
members can relax and enjoy the day knowing that your plans
are in the safe hands of somebody who really cares about your
day.
We normally leave once the evening entertainment
begins so that you can boogie the night away.

The Set Up service can be done the day before
if we have availability.
Mileage prices may be payable dependant on
the location of your venue.
All prices will be set out in full and payable 4 weeks before
the day.
