Laura and Victoria are proud to introduce
our very own fitness trainer, Tash Martin.
Tash Martin is a qualified instructor
and has many years experience of devising individual diet
and fitness programmes. She has chosen to work exclusively
for clients of Laura and Victoria Weddings and we are very
excited to have her on board. With her skills and experience
she can prepare the ultimate diet and / or exercise routine
that really works. Whether you have a few weeks to go or a
couple of years until the Big Day, she really can make the
difference.
Just remember that you will be looking back at your wedding
photos for years and years to come. Making sure that you look
and feel completely fantastic from the inside out and from
head to toe.

You may only have a few pounds to lose or
maybe a specific area to tone. You may want to change your
diet to help your skin glow and hair be strong and healthy.
You may want to totally transform your body. Tash can provide
you with an individual plan that will guarantee amazing results.
Both you and your partner may both want some help; ask us
about our special couple's discounts.
Tash will meet you initially face to face
at a consultation. You will discuss your aims and abilities
with her and she will talk to you about your current fitness
levels and medical history.
Tash will be able to advise you on realistic goals
within your timescale and answer any questions or queries
that you may have.
Following the consultation, Tash will work
on putting together your individual programme and set your
timetable. You will be provided with a diet and/or exercise
plan and daily/weekly or monthly goals can be set.
Once your programme has been agreed, there
will be unlimited telephone and email support. Depending on
your needs and/or requirements, Tash will also set out any
further face to face meetings. Personal training sessions
will be available.

Tash has a great outgoing personality. She
is terrific fun and unbelievably down to earth. She does not
prejudge anyone and can help you no matter what your weight,
age or fitness ability.

The diet programmes can be devised around
your work or home life. The fitness regimes can be designed
to be carried out at home, in the gym, at work or even in
your local park. Please contact
us to discuss your specific requirements.

Each programme will be unique and therefore
so will the price.
As a guide, a full consultation and full
fitness and/or diet plan will cost £100.00.
Individual training sessions cost £25.00
per hour.
(Mileage may be charged outside of a 50 mile radius at 40p
per mile.)
Discounted rates are available for the fitness
packages when you book them together with our full planning
service.
